Sorry for the gobbledy-gook.  I forgot to switch to plain text and hope this clarifies:

I have sent a warning message to what I hope is a complete list of presenters, taken from a previous conference email.

But I'm feeling more than a little red-faced about having forgotten to delete the original email at the bottom of mine -- and for forgetting that the Forum requires me to turn of the rich text formatting.  Hope that this one is actually readable.  If not, I'll just hang my head in shame and retire from any more attempts at using technology today.
