@James Edstrom: Amen to that. I don't know the good doctor, but why
now? All of a sudden, it's important to get this bowdlerized version
of Mark Twain's classic on the market. I don't suppose it's just
cashing in on the current visibility of Mark Twain? How much
scholarship, work, and time would need to go into copying and pasting
the text from Google Books, then searching for the "n word" and
"change all" to "slave," then sending it off to the publisher?? Just
sayin'...
