Subject: RE: Twain's speaking technique

Hal Holbrook wrote a book, called _Mark Twain Tonight_, if memory serves,
that may be useful, as Holbrook did a great deal of research into Mark
Twain's platform style and technique for his own very famous and highly
regarded presentations. There is also a set of audio cassettes available
of typical Holbrook performances as Mark Twain, also called _Mark Twain
Tonight_, available from Audio Editions (800-231-4261), or so it says on
my copy of the tapes.

Best of luck on your project,
Bob Comeau
