Did the same search of Smithsonian holdings....probably similiar to what
Beth mentioned in her earlier post.   No Twain recordings in their archives.
Is it possible the Smithsonian used a Holbrook rendition during the
centennial?

One interesting holding in their archives appears to be the Nancy Douglas
Bowditch papers which include personal correspondence from Jean Clemens and
Clemens family photos.  Have these holdings been published previously?
