For those of you interested in such things,I have just acquired two
images of Huntington Hall. This was the Twain-Cable venue for November
11 or possibly 12, 1884, Lowell, Massachusetts. I received these images
from Ruth Evans ( http://www.twirlingjennies.com/ ) who is currently
writing a book about Lowell. She enhanced these images and consequently
holds the copyright but has given me permission to include them in my
Twain Gazetteer
( http://bscottholmes.com/content/huntington-hall-lowell-ma ). I'm
hoping to acquire similar images and information about as many Twain
venues as I can find.
