Yes, http://www.amazon.com/dp/1477475532/ is published by CreateSpace,
which is Amazon's self-publishing arm (similar to Lulu.com and others).
Some legitimate books are put out thus, but I've no idea what ISBN
978-1477475539 is, either.

Amazon.com doesn't have a listing yet for our vol. 2 because an official
publication date hasn't been set. Please expect its publication by
University of California Press in fall 2013.
