I would like to determine just where Twain and friends went to hear the
Echo. He refers to the place as "a tumble-down old rookery called the
Palazzo Simonetti", about 2 miles out of town (Milan), in chapter 19 of
The Innocent Abroad. This is also where a kiss costs a franc.
