Subject: hifaultin Huck Finn
I have recently completed a short glossary of Irish and Gaelic language
words and phrases used by Mark Twain in the dialogue of Huckleberry
Finn that I would like to share with scholars of Mark Twain's work.
I would like to get some feedback from qualified Twain scholars.
Are you aware of any linguists or scholars studying the lexicon of
Twain's work in general and Huckleberry Finn in particular? At this
point my sanas (gloss) Huck Finn Gaeilge is making the rounds among
Irish language scholars.
