Hi, Mike.  I'm pretty sure that No. 44 is still available from the Mark
Twain Project..at least I hope so, or I don't know where my students are
going to get it.  I'm planning to ues McCullough and Baetzhold's book for
the late works this summer, too.  It has a really good collection of the
biblical writings.
