Amen.  For years, I took it for granted that we lawyers had cornered the
market on pomposity, verbosity, and just plain old bull.  Leave it to the
Mark Twain Forum to challenge our ancient monopoly in these subjects.
Describing a transaction in accurate, if painful, detail generally
reflects commonplace skills in the legal profession.  To make Mark Twain's
writings dull and boring would appear to require talent that few
journeymen possess, but there are always those talented few.
