And on the other extreme, (or is it the same?),
 what used to be called stalking and tabloid journalism
 now is replacing human conversation in some relationships.
The short news story always has to have a snappy close,
and people emulate the style of their times.
So now, there's a moral for every story, even when the story
was second hand.
