What Arianne says makes sense, since at the end,
and I've seen this comment on the footage before, it
is Ralph Ashcroft who brings the hat into the shot,
which Isabel puts on.
 
I'm not certain of this.  Does anyone know?
I do agree with Kevin that the film is "flipped."
