Network Operations will be expanding the West Office Building subnetwork
to facilitate additional network connections. This procedure will be
executed at 18:00 Saturday March 15th, 1997. Normal services will be
restored at approxiamently 21:00.
During this time access to and from subnetwork .243 will be unavailable.
