Between 9:00am - 5:00pm on Thursday December 27th and Friday December 
28th, there will be minor (15 minutes or less) network outages in various 
locations throughout the York University network.

This is due to regular network maintenance being performed by UIT during 
this time.  The preventative maintenance work involves upgrading software 
and reloading network switches in all buildings, including Keele and 
Glendon campuses and remote sites. As each switch is updated and reloaded, 
the network will be unavailable to computers and other devices attached to
that switch. Generally there is no more than a 15 minute disruption for
each switch.
