***PLEASE DISTRIBUTE WIDELY  TO Faculty Listervs, Department Admins and 
other MyMail users in Your Department***

Beginning Monday June 20th, employees using MyMail email 
(https://mymail.yorku.ca) will receive a weekly quota warning email if 
they are over 95% usage. If usage is over 80%, a warning email will be 
sent on the 1st of every month starting July 1st.
