A complete shutdown of all switched ethernet attached hosts and devices
on the CCSM (Machine Room or Services) subnet will occur Sunday April
14th, 1996. This upgrade procedure is being performed to change the
existing hardware switching platform, thereby providing additional
capacity as well as improved performance.

Only ethernet services on the CCSM subnet will be affected, no FDDI
servces will be interrupted during this procedure.

The outage will fall within Network Operations Maintenance Window
(Sunday's 00:00-06:00).
