On Thurdsay April 22, 2004 between 8:00 and 8:30AM, central web
services will experience a brief service interruption for
approximately 15 seconds.

This interruption will be the result of adding redundancy and high
availability mechanisms to the central web service to reduce the
likelihood of future outages.

If any problems or issues with central web services are brought to
your attention after 8:30AM, please notify us immediately via email -
