This is to inform the York community that CCS has completed the immense
project of updating the e-mail online database.   Please ask your staff
to confirm their entry in this database by issuing one of the
procedures below.  Then, if they wish to record their e-mail address or
make any changes to their entry in the on-line database, please ask
them to send e-mail to [log in to unmask] with the correct information.

Please note that we are continuing to make cosmetic changes to the
search portion of the database.

To confirm your e-mail address you may do one of the following
procedures:

        If you have a Web browser, pull up the YorkInfo page and click
        on People.  In the search window type your name, first or last.

        On Unix systems (including Z-Mail Motif), use the ph command.
        On the command line, type: ph <name>, where name is the
        person's name whose e-mail address you seek.

        In Gopher, select option 7 "Telephone and E-mail Directories".
        Select option 1 and press Enter.  In the pop-up menu, enter the
        name of the person and press Enter to display phone number and
        e-mail address.  Press CTRL G to exit.
