The scheduled service outage for May 17 from 5pm to May 18 noon to all
central services has been cut short as all work was completed ahead of schedule.

Full services have been restored at approximately:

        Phoenix cluster         - 4:00 am May 18
        Synchronize             - 4:00 am May 18
        E-Mail/Internet hosts   - 4:30 am May 18
        Pop/Imap                - 5:30 am May 18
