problem:        Ownership change of the Synchronize users file caused
                events from Mon Nov 4/96 to Mon Nov 18/96 to be missing.
action:         Contacting vendor (Crosswinds in California) to
                resolve the problem

resolution:     Database restored from earlier backups.
                The most recent backup of the database was from the
                morning 00:01 AM., Nov 6 (still containing some corrupted
                portions). The other most recent restore was from Sun Nov 3.
                Unfortunately, any entries created on Mon/Tue, Nov 4/5
                are lost.
