Network Operations will be performing a software image upgrade to one of
the core campus routers Sunday September 1st, 1996. This procedure is
being executed to enable enhanced functions for high speed LAN access
not currently supported within its production software load. The outage
will occur during Net. Ops. maintenance window (00:00 - 06:00 Sunday
mornings).
The following services will be affected.

ccsnoc0 - Network Management Platform, DNS services, bootP services.

petrie0 - Access to Petrie Science trusted subnet (232).

telecom0 - Access to Telecommunications subnet (144).

Internet Access - All access to the Internet.

atkinsontowerII - Access to Atkinson subnet (220).

ccsi0 - Access to Computing and Communications subnet (237).

ccsvms0 - Access to the VMS subnet (235).

fang.gw - All WAN remote access including Glendon College.

CCS Machine Room FDDI - Access to all central machine room FDDI/Switched
Ethernet/Ethernet subnet (236).
