   Time Down: 10:45 AM
   Time Up:  10:53 AM

   Community Affected:  Users of ORU server
   Services Affected: File and Print access

   Action Taken:
   The server dismounted its volumes, and lost access to the disk array.  A
   reboot cleared the problem
