If you have been using the script formail.pl, please be aware that it
was changed this week to only deliver mail locally to the York
community. This change was necessitated by active use of this script
by non York parties to deliver junk mail to the Internet at large.

The immediate fix has been to restrict this script's
mail delivery to York addresses only. This fix is only a partial
solution and further changes will be required after consultation with
the community that uses this script.

We apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused and for the
lateness of this notification.
