**** Attention dial-up modem users ****

CCS Netops has scheduled a weekly maintenance 'window' to facilitate the
servicing of modem pool equipment.  The time-frame for this window
has been set for Friday morning of each week between 06:00-07:00 AM.
While it is possible that maintenance may not occur EVERY week, users should
refrain from initiating any serious dial-up activity during this one hour
period.

The affected modem pools are;

1) 736-6001/-6002 general purpose modem pools
2) The low contention modem pool
3) Faculty of Education modem pool
4) Private modem pool

The 736-5258 slow speed pool will remain unaffected.
