We will be protecting the "Webstats" site with Passport York
authentication so that the site will be accessible only by people
with a Passport York account.

This change will be implemented at noon on Wednesday. March 24, 2004.

This is an effort to better protect potentially sensitive websites from
anonymous viewing when indexed via the Webstats site.
