I created a new web page on W.S. Jevons:

short biography in 6000 words and a bibliography of secondary  
sources.  All comments, additions and suggestions are welcome,  
especially regarding the bibliography.  I am willing to put all relevant  
abstracts on-line that are sent to me in electronic version (by the  
author(s)).
