The conference will address the interdependencies of disease and society. Presentations and workshops will discuss the effects of ecological, social,and political change on the rise of disease and in turn the impact of disease on the social landscape. The conference will take place at McGill University's Faculty of Medicine on 28 & 29 April, 2000, in time to enjoy Montreal in the spring.
