In the Feb. 24th-March 3/1995 issue of The Georgia Straight, an ariticle by Joyce Nelson appeared:  "Who's Behind Health Cuts;  An elite organization and a PR giant are undermining the ideals of public health care." In this article, which described the activities of Burson-Marsteller and the Trilateral Commission at the time, the Canadian health-care system was referred to as "one of the largest unopened oysters in the Canadian economy" (p. 9).
