My advice for Internet design. Don't put all your eggs into one basket. The Internet is not for everyone. Some people don't have access, some people have access but don't get on-line, most that have access don't get on-line that often, or don't use the Internet for health behavior change. Develop your communication plan with a variety of contact points. Build synergy and consistency between your communication media. Cross promote between your various media. Include a strategy for your traditional communications such as, newsletters, direct mail, public relations, paid advertising, networking and personal contacts.
