The William T. Small, Jr. Keynote Lecture will be delivered by Sherman A. James, PhD, Director of the Center for Research on Ethnicity, Culture and Health at the University of Michigan. Dr. James' remarks will be broadcast via satellite and on the Internet at 2:00 pm EST, after which Dr. James will respond to questions and comments from the satellite and Internet audience until 3:15 pm.
