A great resource is the book by Jon Kabat-Zinn et al, Full Catastrophe Living. He has done extensive research in the area of stress reduction and has designed courses using mindfulness-based meditation techniques. There are a number of websites related to his work and can be found by searching by his name. Hope this helps.
