Publishing Inc. are working together to provide access via the Internet =
to the archives of the all of the newspapers owned by the chain. The =
digitized archives will be available online through the award winning =
Paper of Record(tm) website. =20
The Runge Newspaper chain is a group of several weekly and bi-weekly =
newspapers serving the Ottawa Valley and western part of the City of =
Ottawa. Their papers are regular winners in both provincial and =
national competitions amongst their peers. Their holdings, which will =
