"A Beginner's Course in Developing BDI Logic Models" ReCAPP has just launched a free interactive on-line course designed for health educators and program administrators on the use of Behavior-Determinant-Intervention (BDI) Logic Models developed by ETR's Senior Research Scientist, Douglas Kirby, PhD. The BDI logic model is an easy-to-use tool that establishes a clear and puposeful road map for developing and evaluating health promotion/disease prevention programs. The seven-lesson course can be completed at any time. Each lesson comes with easy-to-download "Plan it!" worksheets and templates for learners to complete on her/his own time. Interactive feedback is available through each of the lesson's "Got it?" sections.
