A friend of mine has found references to two supposed statements by    
Baron Von Rothschild.  
  
"Fortunes are made by buying low and selling too soon."  and that he    
called "compound interest the best invention because he was able to    
secure his fortune for future generations."  
  
Does anyone know if there is a direct reference to him for either of    
these?
