I’m not sure how widely the attached article was published in
newspapers in the U.S.
and other countries but I was surprised to find an article by Henry Giroux in
the Toronto Star today. It is a most provocative, poignant, and chilling
perspective on American society, democracy, economic globalization, and Katrina
one year later.
