I worry that this may be a hopelessly ignorant question, but I have 
been reminded of it by all the wonderful debate around Keynes et al.:

Is there a place (e.g., a series of articles) where I can go where 
economists or other intelligent people are debating whether (Bush's) 
tax cuts or (neo-Keynesian pump-priming) war spending is the cause of 
whatever economic prosperity the US has enjoyed in the past three or 
four or five years?

Or am I wrong to think that there is even a possible debate on those 
terms, currently.
