On-Line Course Evaluation Instructions

Dear Student,
Course evaluations provide an opportunity
for you to give your instructors feedback about your courses. Rather than
using cumbersome paper forms, electronic forms are now available on-line
and can be filled out at any time from home, at a university computer or
on your wireless PC!
At anytime between November 14th and December
4th, go to the URL below and click on the links for your courses. Complete
the brief evaluation survey simply by clicking on rating buttons and writing
comments!

There are four sections to your course evaluation:
Overall Evaluation of the Course (Written
Comments)
Evaluation of the Lecture
Evaluation of your Tutorial (if applicable)
Evaluation of your Lab (if applicable)
You can be assured that the
process is entirely confidential. Your instructors only receive
the summary tabulated results of the on-line survey; your written
comments are merged under the appropriate heading with those of others
and then, following the official end of the academic term and after grades
have been submitted by the course director, the summary comments are forwarded
to the instructor.
Please take the time to fill out this
on-line course evaluation. Your input is very valuable to us and
it is taken seriously. It will help improve and enhance student experience
and satisfaction in courses.
