Xpress yourself Human Rights Arts show
at York University
Hi All,
We would like to take this opportunity to inform all of you about an exciting
even that the York Federation of Students is organizing. The event
is titled
"Xpress Yourself Human Rights Arts Show".
The main purpose of the event is to illustrate, display, and broadcast
the works
of artists whose work revolve around setting an "awareness on human
rights and
discrimination, and eventually promote social change".
We are calling upon all artists including -
Dancers.Actors.Singers.Poets.Painters.Sculptors.Photographers.Musicians.Film
Makers. The event is scheduled for March 8th, 2008.
If you are interested in showcasing your artistic work within our show,
the
deadline for submission is February 8th, 2008. For more information,
