I wold be grateful for any known references or quotations about the Mark Twain Library in Redding, Connecticut, an institution that Twain inspired and helped to organize and finance. Proceedings from the sale of Jean's Farm, which Twain sold after Jean's death in December 1909, were used to build the first library building. Twain died before the building was completed, but his inspiration lives on and is being celebrated this year, 100 years after Twain's arrival in Redding on June 18, 1908.
