Any form of democracy or any ---izm (imperialism, capitalism or communism) can never challenge the law of--- fittest the survival. The best efficient and supreme economic system if ever exist in this world, it is in jungle (wild life) where every one works with its best efficiency without any supervision. There dose not exist even a single written law or rule, in spite of it, it is the most disciplined people's world. There are specific abilities recognized by nature for the survival. The types and kind of the abilities depends on the surrounding geography, climate, spices of the animal/living thing etc. If any one exists without the competent ability, its survival stands on opportunity only. For example, an injured deer (with minor injury on its leg) survives on opportunity. If it encounters a cheetah before it gets fully recovered from the injury, nature plays its role. However, it might get recovered before such encounter. Only evolution of human society discovered various different abilities in man or in other words, development of science and technology offered an opportunity to recognize other typical abilities in man for survival, otherwise the same abilities were not recognized by nature in wild life. For example, a violin player or a painter may survive with his ability of control on the subject art, but he might not survive in jungle with the same art as the subject ability is not recognized by nature. Likewise solicitors, advocates and teachers, priests etc all survives only because the related abilities are recognized by human society, but, unfortunately it is not recognized by nature. "Democracy in the workplace", "labor problem", etc are ultimately the ways and means or reaction of the process to get the various abilities recognized. With above concept if one reviews the social problem I am sure he will have different vision and touch to the problem. Harshad Dave
