Paul N. Rosenstein Rodan, 1902-1985,  a Polish Jew, sometime in Italy
during the wars under Luigi Einaudi, published an important article on
Complementarity in the "Riforma sociale" Journal; after the war an advisor
to SVIMEZ, Associazione per lo sviluppo del mezzogiorno. Letters to 
Einaudi are kept in the Fondazione Luigi Einaudi Archives, Turin, via
Principe Amedeo 34, and in SVIMEZ Archives, Rome.
Difficult but not impossible to know the complete birth date and the
complete death date.
