Cornell university has the 1870 issue and a 1969 issue.

If the info is in the 1969 issue I can get the info you need
right away, if it is only in the 1870 issue, I have to ask
for the book ahead of time and then look at it as it is in the Rare
books lib.  The other is in the regular lib and I can get to it
at anytime.

Please let me know if you would like me to look and what it is
you are looking for.  It looks  like the 1969 issue is juts a reprint
of the 1890 issue.  I can take a digital pic of the info
you want and e-mail it to you.
