Good Morning Lauri,

I would also be very interested in reviewing this survey instrument and
was also wondering if the original sample included smaller urban centers
(< 30,000)?

it be possible to have it posted somewhere?

Subject: Re: [SDOH] community SDOH survey questions

David,

I have an instrument and set of questions that measures civic capacity -
the domains include political efficacy, social cohesion, social capital,
and collective self efficacy. The survey has only been used on a small
sample in Louisville and will be used in Milwaukee. Any interest in
that? it is obviously not validated but we are trying to get that done.

Dear Colleagues,

We are preparing to do a neighborhood survey (80 questions) and want to
address questions related to SDOH. This will serve as a baseline and
possibly for future follow up. We plan a random sample selected from one
neighborhood in Miami. We plan a subsequent intervention which will
longitudinally partner students from our new college of medicine with
households throughout the students training and engage the students in
service-learning in this community.
