As far as labor economists are concerned the following should be included,
John Thomas Dunlop (July 5, 1914 - October 2, 2003)
Richard Allen Lester (1908 - December 30, 1997)
Clark Kerr (May 17, 1911 - December 1, 2003)
The other member of the "quartet" Harold Gregg Lewis, (1914-1992) was an AEA
distinguished fellow, so he is "caught in the net".
