Last year an announcement was made that all health related funding would be done through CIHR.  The Faculty of Graduate Studies has suggested that everybody applying for a SSHRC check to make sure that that is the correct funding body (assuming the research is related to health – including policy).   This is the case for both Master's or Doctoral scholarships.

The deadline for CIHR CGS Doctoral Awards is earlier (October 15^th) than SSHRC's CGS Doctoral Awards.
