In Unnatural Causes: "More than a paycheck" there is a wonderful line 
where a Swedish union guy says: "When we look around, we are really glad 
that we are living in Sweden."

After watching "Sick in America" my students said: "When we look around, 
we are really glad that we are living in Canada."
