Members of the Mark Twain Forum planning to attend the ALA in San  
Francisco this week might want to start Twaining early by coming to  
Stanford on Wednesday evening at 7:30  to attend  a staged   reading  
of  "Hadleyburg," a new play by  Stanford playwright and lecturer  
Kevin DiPirro based on "The Man That Corrupted Hadleyburg."

The play, which will be performed by professional actors, is free and  
open to the public.
