I think the question might be about somebody else's speech, the one that preceded Twain's on the subject of adultery, if I am reading the question right. I wrote the entry on the Onanism speech in the Mark Twain Encyclopedia, so I did all the research on the topic that I could, and I don't recall reading about the other speeches. The speech given before this one was earlier in the spring of 1879 also in Paris at the Stanley Club Dinner. It was recorded as "Dinner Speech." See Mark Twain Speaking by Paul Fatout, University of Iowa Press 1976 ISBN 0-87745-056-0. Another resource might be MARK TWAIN'S SPEECHES. New York and London: Harper & Brothers, 1910. BAL 3513. The 1910 edition was the first collection of Twain's speeches, followed by an edition in 1923 that added twenty-one more. Both are superseded by MARK TWAIN SPEAKING (1976) which is harder to find in the first printing than either the 1910 or 1923 collections. Start with Fatout. I'm thinking he's your best bet. The subject of that preceding speech was "adultery" and Twain makes reference to it as he begins. If you could help us, we would be deeply indebted.
