Come see a play about Patient Safety Culture at York on November 1st
You are all invited and encouraged to attend the following Play that is
being put on on campus on Monday November 1st at 1 pm in Founders Assembly
Hall.
?Seeing the Forest? is a dramatic adaptation about Patient Safety Culture
based on the experience of one patient. This play emerged out of
research by Liane Ginsburg and Deborah Tregunno on Patient Safety Culture.
The play was written and performed with the help of Gail Mitchell and a
graduate student from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Julia Gray a few years ago
for a Patient Safety Culture Symposium Ginsburg and Tregunno held on
Campus in 2007 to disseminate their research in this area.
The play has been revised and is being put on at several hospitals and
health care organizations across the city as part of Patient Safety Week
this November. Please come see the York Production on November 1st ? it is
a wonderful play!
