Dear Heart and Stroke Foundation,

I am writing to express my deep concern over your current sponsorship/marketing program with the company Cash Money.   It saddens me as a donor to see that your organization is partnering with a payday loan/cheque cashing company.  This sector is well known from research and media reports to helps to deepen the effects of poverty on it's clients.  As you well know socio-economic status is one of the greatest determinants of health and heart health in particular.   I had to shake my head when I saw this partnership.  Because of this partnership, I can no longer in good conscious continue to support your organization via various forms of donation as I have for over 20 years.  It saddens and sickens me to see your organization selling its soul and selling out people in order to raise a few measly dollars through such crass partnerships.
